Alekuwodo Residents Pledge Support for Adeleke as Accord Party Holds Street Campaign

Residents of Alekuwodo in Osogbo, Osun State, on Sunday declared support for Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke’s second-term re-election bid as the Accord Party took its governorship campaign to the community.

The house-to-house campaign, which commenced at about 2:00 p.m., was led by the party coordinator, Mr. Afolabi Kolawole.

The campaign train moved through Adefarati, Akinlade, Adewuyi, Mueje, Igbalaye, Peter Ajibola, Odofin and Adewale Streets, as well as Okefia Road, before terminating at the starting point on Adefarati Street.

Residents trooped out in large numbers to receive the team at every street visited, pledging to vote for Governor Adeleke in the August 15, 2026 governorship election.

According to them, their decision was informed by the developmental projects executed by the Adeleke administration in the community.

They expressed optimism that the governor would emerge victorious at the poll and offered prayers for the success of the party and its candidate.
