Prince Olayisade went on to describe Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu as a man of a great impart due to his track records of changing the story of Lagos from a disorganized State and crowded place into a well organized and cosmopolitan State and as the economy hub of the Country.

Equally, Olayisade took his time to  explain that the GICC is the personal initiative of the presidential candidate of APC, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu with the aim to embark on a door to door, house to house, street to street campaigns ahead of the February 25th, 2023 presidential election.

the Tinubu / Shettima Grassroots Independent Campaign Council, which is saddled with the responsibilities of ensuring door to door campaigns for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to be victorious at the poll”.

Senator Bamidele however enjoined the Ekiti people to take advantage of the GICC platform to take the message of Asiwaju Presidency to every nooks and crannies of the State.

According to Senator Bamidele, he said, “going by what is happening on the streets of Nigeria, and going by the nature of the popular side, and the scientific campaigns that the Asiwaju Campaign Organizations are running, and his antecedents, among all the other frontline candidates, and then, situating Asiwaju within all of these, it is obvious to me, that Asiwaju in this campaign, and the February 25th election, he is the Presidential Candidate to beat”.

“He said, he is very hopeful and convinced, that, Asiwaju is the kind of solution that Nigeria needs at this time among all those who are contesting. He is not promising to do anything that he has not done before. He was Governor of Lagos State for 8 years. And by the Grace of God, I was an integral part of his administration. I served in his cabinet, first time as special adviser, I served in his cabinet as honourable commissioner. And after that, I also served in the cabinet that took over from him under Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN”.

Continuing, Bamidele said, “for 11 and half years, I was a member of Asiwaju Tinubu’s cabinet in Lagos State. I was there to see what Asiwaju was capable of doing and under his watch, we created a new Lagos. And today, anyone who goes to Lagos, would know that it is not the same Lagos that they knew before Asiwaju came in, in 1999”.

“The Lagos Asiwaju Tinubu inherited in 1999 was a Lagos of refuse, a Lagos of insecurities and a Lagos of transportation and traffic jams. All of those things now, have become a thing of the past and they have taking it beyond the current level to also deploying trained infrastructures technology across the State”, he submitted.
