One of the All Progressives Congress governorship aspirant in Ekiti State, who was disqualified, Abimbola Olajumoke Olawumi has called out the Ekiti State Coordinator of YSJ, Yemisi Samuel Joluwe over the arrests of some Ekiti youths who protested their poor treatment in a Youth Agricultural Empowerment Programme held in the State.

According to Abimbola Olajumoke Olawumi post on her facebook page on Tuesday morning, she questioned the rationale of Yemisi Samuel Joluwe, YSJ, behind the arrests of six (6) participants of the Youth Agricultural Empowerment Programme in Ekiti State who were arrested and incarcerated in the prison, for protesting against the alleged embezzlement of the funds meant for their empowerment.
Abimbola Olajumoke Olawumi confirmed and clarify that she has called her several times on Tuesday morning, to hear her own side of what transpired but that, she continually rejected her calls till the time of filing this report.
Abimbola Olajumoke Olawumi in the same post on her facebook page “promised to give the Ekiti State YSJ Coordinator, Yemisi Samuel Joluwe till 2pm on Tuesday to revert back before she will go on Prince Isaac Fayose and VDM’s page to give her and her family, the popularity they crave!”
Abimbola Olajumoke Olawumi also “promised to release her phone number to the public after the said 2pm on Tuesday, if she, ‘Yemisi Samuel Joluwe’ refused to explain why some Ekiti youths are in jail”.
In Abimbola Olajumoke Olawumi words, she said, “they reject harassment, intimidation and incarceration of the youths and pledged to fight the perpetrators till the youths are released”, she ended.
