The Command’s Spokesperson, SP Tochukwu Ikenga in a statement signed and made available to newsmen on Thursday morning emphasized on the need for the people of Anambra State to take their safety and security more serious.

In his own words, Ikenga pointed out, that, “as part of the efforts to enhance public safety and peace in the State, the Anambra State Police Command urged the Ndi Anambra to remain vigilant and seek their support in sustaining safety, improving surveillance and reporting any suspicious activities and supplying  information to the nearest police station or via its emergency hotlines on 07039194332 or the PRO on 08039334002.

Adding, SP Ikenga said, “the Command frowns at the discreditable conduct of some individuals using tinted vehicles and discourages the use, except if necessary because of how criminal elements use it to beat security points and attack security operatives in the State.
