Commuters Groan Over Faulty Traffic Lights At Fajuyi, Okesa Areas

The attention of the relevant authorities is being as Commuters complain about Faulty traffic lights and reckless driving at Fajuyi and Okesa areas of Ado Ekiti as a result of the traffic light no longer working. 

In an interview with the Sector Commandant of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, in Ekiti State, Mr. Elijah Olusola Joseph, he promised to post some of the men of his Command to the affected areas to ensure that traffics are managed pending the time the situation would be brought under control. 

Few minutes after he granted the first phone interview, he called back again, adding that he has engaged the Commissioner of Works and Transport in Ekiti State, who equally promised to send his men there to check what is actually wrong with the traffic lights.

But when the Treasure Newspaper interacted with some of the people on streets and some commuters, they called on the relevant government agencies to do the needful on time to avert any possible road accidents and loss of lives in the affected areas.
