According to the press release issued and signed by the Chairman, the Local Organizing Committee for the upcoming event, Chief Biodun Akin Fasae, and sent to the Treasure Newspaper on Monday, he revealed that the Media Parley tagged ‘New Year Media Get – Together’, will hold at the School Premises located on KM 2, along Ado – Afao road, Iwaro junction Elemi in Ado Ekiti, on Wednesday, January 10th, 2024 by 4pm.
Chief Fasae stated that the Management of the Academy’s plan is to celebrate the New year with Veteran journalists, Top Media Executives and Practitioners in the State.
The statement further read that the event will provide opportunity for the Management of the School to interact with Media Practitioners in the State on the activities and programmes of the Academy.
Expected at the event are friends of the Academy, Veteran Journalists, NUJ, FIBAN, Publishers, Top Media Executives of Print and Broadcast Media stations in the State.
Also, according to the Director of Administration of the School, Pastor Adeola Babalola, he listed other categories of people being expected at the event to includes Senior Journalists, Online Media Practitioners, Publishers and the Social Media Influencers.
