The State Commander of the Ekiti State Agro Marshalls, ESAM, Retired Police Officer, Olamide Oni has paraded five criminals in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti state capital on Tuesday at it’s State command headquarters.

While addressing the press, Olamide Oni revealed the names of the suspects being paraded as Emmanuel Abimbola Felix, Ayodele Ajele, Sunday Abiodun, Ajewole Olamide and Promise Odife over various atrocities.
The Agro Marshalls Commander while speaking stated that, one Emmanuel Abimbola Felix, an acclaimed spiritualist from Eda-Ile, refused arrest and allegedly hit an Agro Marshal officer with a stick, which resulted him being admitted for a day, after which Abimbola was later sought after and arrested.
Explaining the details about one Ayodele, Ajele who an attempted1 to rape a middle aged woman of about 65 years who lived on the same street with the him, with claims to love the woman.
During questioning, he said he usually smoke Indian hemp before going to the woman when he physically assaulted her in her bedroom, held her neck, tore her dress and when she resisted him, he brought out a knife trying to stab her, but could not have his way as neighbors came to her rescue.
The unfortunate incident happened on Saturday, 29th of June, 2024, who was allegedly accused of drug trafficking.

Another culprit, one Sunday Abiodun on the other hand, allegedly raped a woman of 85 years old who could barely see. After many pleasantries on her skirt and underwears, he succeeded in breaking into the boxes of the woman, stole her jewelries and clothes.
Ajewole Olamide, aka Pakolo, a herbalist by profession who worships “Osoyin” and “sigidi” has been raping women in the community and cleans their private parts with a clothe, then placed it on his deity and this is the third time, as he raped a young girl who the gender crew had visited in Aiyetoro and have taken her to a Federal Medical Health Center for medical cleanup.
Also, one Promise Odife who specializes in stealing provisions in a supermarket were he works, had gone as far as establishing his own store and bought a maruwa(tricycle) with some of the proceeds from the woman’s shop.

To cub insecurity in the State, the period of review is been carried out and the State Commander assures that the criminals would be transfered to the police for further investigation and prosecutions.
