Ekiti: INEC Sets To Issue Certificate Of Return To Elected Assembly Members

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Ekiti State is now set to issue the Certificate of Return to all the elected House of Assembly Members who emerged as winners in the State House of Assembly election held on Saturday, the 18th of March, 2023 across the 26 Constituencies in the State. 

Announcing the decision, the Head of the Voter Education and Publicity, VEP, of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Ekiti State, Mr. Temitope Akanmu revealed that, “the event for the presentation of the Certificate of Return will take place on Thursday, the 30th of March, 2023 by 10am in the morning at the Ekiti State INEC Office located along the New Iyin Ekiti Road in Ado Ekiti.

Akanmu in his press release signed and sent to the Treasure Newspaper on Monday night stated “that the attendance for the event shall be strictly by invitation, adding that participants being expected at the event are enjoined to be orderly during the presentation”, he submitted.
