Gboyega Akosile Returns As CPS To Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu

Mr. Gboyega Akosile has been returned as the Chief Press Secretary, CPS, to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his second term in office. 

His Excellency, the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu approved the return of Mr Gboyega Akosile as his CPS through a statement issued on Monday by the Head of Service of the State, Mr. Hakeem Muri – Okunola. 

The appointment according to the Head of Service takes immediate effect.

Before the reappointment, Gboyega Akosile had served as the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Sanwo-Olu during his first term. He was also the Media Adviser to the Governor since the inception of the second term of Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration on May 29, 2023.
