Heavy Downpour Stalls Edo Election Midway

Heavy downpour of rain has stalled the Edo State Governorship Election midway as voters participation in the election already disrupted as those on the queue as had to take cover from the rain.
At most of the polling units, many of the INEC ad-hoc staff had to also take cover from the rain in other for them to secure the election materials.
