LG Boss Lauds Outgoing Commissioners, Special Advisers In Ekiti

The Chairman of Ikole Local Government Area in Ekiti, Mr Sola Olominu has applauded the good achievement of the outgoing Commissioners and Special Adviser from the Local Government Area.

Olominu gave the commendation in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ikole-Ekiti.

He stated that the three personality who have represented the local government satisfactorily in the administration of Governor Kayode Fayemi, include Dr Oyebanji Filani, Mr Afolabi Ogunlayi, and Mr Akin Oyebode.

Olominu noted that the three gentlemen has performed credibly in their various positions during the four years administration of Fayemi and deserved to be celebrated.

“I want to commend Dr Oyebanji Filani, Mr Afolabi Ogunlayi, and Mr Akin Oyebode for their achievement and contribution to the development of Ekiti during the past four years of Governor Kayode Fayemi”.

“The three of them are from Ikole Local Government Area and we are proud of them and we are wishing them success and God’s favour in their future endeavours,” he said.

NAN reports that Dr Filani was the outgoing commissioner for Health, Ogunlayi, a Senior Adviser on Economic Matters and Chairman Economic Development Council while Oyebode was the Commissioner for Finance and Economic Development.

Olominu, however commended other commissioners, special advisers who have served diligently under the outgoing adminstration.
