Ondo Cleric Expresses Worry Over Rates Of Divorce

An Ondo State based Cleric and the Pastor in Charge of The Acts of Apostles Church, Mount Olives in Idanre, Reverend John Temitope Alomaja has expressed his worry over the increasing rates of divorce and separation between couples in the Country during a programme in his Church.

Speaking further, he decried the trend, pointing it out that such can cause destructive and negative consequences on the Country as a whole if not checked. 

The Cleric who also doubled as the Vice Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Idanre Local Government Chapter emphasised the need for oneness, mutual understanding, sharing of ideas and plans while both should open up on the finances coming up to the family. 

He charged parents to come together as one in order to be able to perform the God ordained roles of proper upbringing of children so that there will be drastic reduction in the rate of criminal activities and insecurity in the nation.
