The Senator representing the Ekiti South Senatorial District of Ekiti State at the Red Chamber of the National Assembly in Abuja, Mr Yemi Adaramodu has illuminated some Ekiti State Communities with Solar Street Lights, just as he received accolades from some of the residents of the communities, who praised him for doing well.
In a report sent in by the Treasure Newspaper man, Oladele Ojaomo, he explained how the people of Ekiti East and Gbonyin local government areas in Ekiti State expressed their gratitude and satisfaction with the solar street light project installed by the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Media and Publicity of the 10th National Assembly in Abuja.
Reports also had it that, the street lights project, which has been completed and installed across the Ekiti South Senatorial Districts, is already having some significant impact on the well-being of the residents of the communities.
While expressing his profound appreciation in his palace, the Alasa of Ilasa Ekiti, Oba Ajayi Oluwasesan Omolagba, who was represented by High Chief L.O Ajayi, the Ajore of Ilasa Ekiti, commended Senator Adaramodu for giving back to the people.

Oba Omolagba noted that the project is a testament to the positive impact of Senator Adaramodu’s initiatives and his commitment to his Constituents.
Scoring the Senator high, the Kabiyesi Alasha revealed that the Solar Street Lights since was installed has no doubt being greatly impacting on the well being of the people of the community.
In his own comment, High Chief Jayeoba Joseph, the Ajero of Ijero Quarter in Omuo Ekiti expressed happiness on the Senator’s gesture.

Pointing out, he said, “Senator Yemi Adaramodu is a man of his words having fulfill the promises made during his electioneering campaign”.
Findings made by Treasure Newspaper however showed that the communities that benefitted from the Senator’s gesture are Ilasa Ekiti, Eda Ile Ekiti, Omuo Ekiti, Ilu Omooba, Ilupeju Ijan Ekiti and Aisegba Ekiti.
They however unanimously requested for more other developmental projects for their respective communities from the Senator.
