All is now set for the Court of Appeal sitting in Akure, the Ondo State Capital to commenced the hearing in the appeal filed by the convicted prime suspect, Rahman Adedoyin who was sentenced to death with two others, namely Kazeem Oyetunde and Adeniyi Aderogba on Tuesday, the 29th of October, 2024.

According to the information retrieved by newsmen, it was revealed through a chat with the brother of the deceased, Gbade Adegoke, who said, “the lead counsel to the family, Barrister Femi Falana, SAN, told him that the case will come up on Tuesday, 29th October, 2024.
It would be recalled that Rahman Adedoyin and two others; Kazeem Oyetunde and Adeniyi Aderogba were sentenced to death by hanging by the Osun State High Court presided over by the Chief Judge of the State, in person of Justice Oyebola Adepele Ojo (Mrs) while three others were set free.
It would also be recalled that the victim in the murder case is an MBA-Executive student of Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Ile Ife in Osun State, before he was untimely murdered in an hotel facility belonging to Rahman Adedoyin.
Rahman Adedoyin was sentenced to death on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 along with two of his staff, Kazeem Oyetunde and Adeniyi Aderogba.
Adedoyin is the owner of Hilton Honors Hotel based in Ile-Ife, Osun State.

Timothy Adegoke was said to have left Abuja on November 5, 2021, lodged in the Hotel to seat for his MBA exams at the OAU, he was declared missing on November 7, 2021 until his body was found in a shallow grave beside Osogbo-Ife Road.
