President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has berated the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, over its recent two days warning strike, telling them that it is not only the NLC that have rights in the Country.

It would be recalled that the two days warning strike which started on Wednesday, was later suspended on the night of the same day by the Comrade Ajaero led NLC leadership.
President Tinubu scolded the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, while speaking on Thursday during the commissioning of the Lagos Red Line Train Project connecting from Agbado to Oyingbo.
The President in his remark, advised the Labour that it cannot fight an administration which is just nine-month old, despite its acclaimed right and freedom.
“There is very bright light at the end of the tunnel. Nigeria will be out of economic problem, we just need to persevere and work hard.

“Allow me to throw a jab here. The Labour Union should understand that you are not the only with freedom and rights.
“If you want to participate in the electoral process, meet us in 2027. If not maintain peace. You are not the only voice of Nigeria.” he said.
The President said the commissioned red line rail project, will run 37 trips and transport 500,000 passengers daily, to ease traffic congestion.
