Gov. Ademola Adeleke of Osun, has called for using Yoruba cultural heritage as a tool for enhancing economic growth in the society.

Adeleke made the call during the Maiden Moremi Leadership and Entrepreneurship Conference, held at Oduduwa Hall of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), on Sunday, in Ile-Ife.
The theme was: Navigating New Horizons Leadership and Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age.
Adeleke, was represented by his Ambassador of Culture and Tourism, Prince Olamilekan Ayodeji. He commended the organisers of the epoch event, most especially Queen Ronke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi, for a job well done.
According to him, Yoruba has a rich cultural heritage, which can always be proud of, urged all youths to be good ambassador of Oduduwa and Nigeria at large.

The Governor assured all and sundry of the highly committed engagement and collaboration with stakeholders in terms of leadership and entrepreneurial development among the teeming youths.
Adeleke pledged his unwavering support to this project as the sky will be their starting point.
Also, Dr Oluwole Fapohunda, the Managing Director, who doubles as Chief Executive Officer, Sevenzo Real Estate Limited, Lagos, said that relationship with good mentor for youths should be paramount .

“They should intentionally build the relationship from studentship period with their mentor on campus and outside for cordiality
“They should renew their hope by attending seminars and workshops like these, whereby they would meet their helper and keep them for brighter future_,he advised.
Fapohunda charged youths in this digital age to have good mentorship and should have right attitude to their work and businesses, “For God blesses men through men”.

According to him, they need to take risk in taking steps to start businesses, and attending programmes like this , for they can be fortunate to meet their business partners.
In the same vein, the Commissioner for Women affairs, Children and Social Affairs, Mrs Ayo Awolowo, admonished youths to be hard working and eschew all immoralities.
Awolowo, who was represented by Mrs Bolanle Kafi, the Director, Women Department at the Ministry, charged people to be gender free and not gender bias .

“For gender inequality debar progress, to allow gender balance, saying this would pave way for women empowerment, and progress of all in the society.
She urged youths to take the legal networking business serious for their brighter future.
The Moremi Ajansoro as well the Convener of the Programme, Queen Ayomide Adediran, appreciated all her guests for gracing the occasion.

Adediran lauded Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, for his fatherly role and good gesture in all ramifications.
She as well commended Queen Ronke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi, Founder, Queen Moremi initiatives.
According to her, Moremi Ajansoro initiative has been on this part of personality.

She urged all good to make haste when it nine, saying that this is digital era and they must all proved themselves as worthy of emulation especially this time around.
