As Nigerians step into 2026, Princess Dr. Toyin Kolade (JP), the Iyalaje Oodua of Yoruba land is calling on everyone to start the year with a clear plan to achieve success.

According to her Facebook page, Dr. Mrs Toyin Kolade stressed that effective planning is key to personal and professional growth. “Just as countries operate on budgets to function throughout the year, we must lay down a solid framework to guide us in achieving our goals and dreams for the coming months,” she wrote.

She added that a good plan helps maintain discipline, focus, and track  progress; making it easier to adjust when and where necessary. “If you fail to plan, you are essentially planning to fail. This year, let’s discard the notion of failure from our vocabulary and replace it with a relentless pursuit of success in all areas of our lives,” she said.
