T-Pumpy Concept CEO, Adaralegbe Counsels Ekiti People, Nigerians To Embrace Real Estate Business In 2024

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the T-Pumpy Concept, a Real Estate Company, Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe popularly known as T-Pumpy has counselled the people of Ekiti State and Nigerians at large to embrace the Real Estate Business in the coming new year 2024 to reduce the rate of crime and unemployment amount the youths in the Country.

Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe, the Chairman of T-Pumpy Concept stated the above through a press release he personally signed and sent to Treasure Newspaper in Ado Ekiti on Saturday, where he congratulated the Ekiti State people where he hailed from, and Nigerians at large for successfully scaling through the year 2023 that is about coming to an end in less than 50 hours.

Adaralegbe, who has been in the Real Estate Business for decades used the opportunity to encourage the young people in Ekiti State, and Nigeria at large to take advantage of their joblessness by joining him to keep themselves busy and end their idleness in the coming new year. 

Adaralegbe went on to describe his company, the T-Pumpy Concept as a progressive property developer that has over the years prides itself on its proven track records laced with passion and commitment to deliver superior value in design, good quality and best services to its customers. 

He added that T-Pumpy Concept is a registered Company that deals majorly in the sales of lands and estate plots since the year 2009. He described T-Pumpy Concept as a globally acceptable organization surrounded with best experts in the Real Estate Business in the Country.

Also, the Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe, the CEO and Chairman of T-Pumpy Concept, used the opportunity to appeal to the government and Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji as well as the President of the Country,  Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu not to introduce or impose any stringent conditions and laws that would make it difficult and impossible for poor citizens in the State and in the Country to buy lands and own a house in the coming new year 2024. 

He also urged government officials and tax collection officers of government at all levels to always be civil in their approach while carrying out government directives and enforcements in the coming new year 2024.
