CAC Grammar School Efon Targets November For Founder’s Day Anniversary, Re-Union Festival 

… Invites Ekiti Governor, Oyebanji, Bola Are, Hezekiah, Others To Witness Event

The Christ Apostolic Church Grammar School, Efon Alaaye popularly known as ‘CAPOSTO’ has targeted the month of November, 2023 to hold it’s Founder’s Day Anniversary and its Re-Union Festival just as the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji; the popular Gospel Artist, Evangelist Dr Bola Are and the General Evangelist of the Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide, Prophet Hezekiah Oladeji are being expected as the Alumnus members of the School.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday in Lagos, the President General of the Alumni Association of the Christ Apostolic Church Grammar School, Efon Alaaye, Dr. Adekunle Ojo has announced the commencement of the preparation for the 63rd anniversary and global Re-Union festival of the School. 

Ojo in the text of the press conference he read, revealed that the forthcoming event is expected to run from the 15th of November to the 18th of November, 2023 with its theme focusing on “Transforming CAPOSTO: The Boulevard Back To The Days Of Distinctions” would also features other things such as the commissioning of a N10 million worth of project and a Re-Union gala night.

He added that “on the 15th day of November 2023, there will be a welcome party for every Alumnus of the School”.

Also, “on the 16th day of November, 2023, in the morning, there will be a Career Talk with the theme titled ‘Career Choice: It’s About Creating Yourself’ while other topics for discussion will also include ‘Shaping My Life To Fit Into The Digital World’, ‘Entrepreneurship As The Gateway To Self Sufficiency’, as well as ‘Dreaming Big And Becoming What You Believe’ “.

Ojo explained that on the evening of the 16th of November, 2023; there would be a Novelty Match between the Old War Horses and the CAPOSTO Generation Next.

“On the 17th of November, 2023; there would be a Commissioning of a N10 million worth of project funded by the Finance and General Purpose Committee of the Alumni Association.

“On the same day, there would be the  commissioning of the Rehabilitated School Library which was refurbished by the 1973 set of the school to mark their 50th Graduation Anniversary. 

“Thereafter, the Alumnus members will proceed to the School field to have the Global Reunion Festival with all the Alumni sets of the School coming together to merry. 

Meanwhile, “on the evening of the 17th of November 2023; there would be a Reunion Gala Night at Emirate Hotels in Efon Alaaye.

The Alumni Association President General, Dr Adekunle Ojo revealed further that, “on the 18th of November, 2023; the 63rd Founders’ Day Thanksgiving will take place at the School’s Assembly Hall”.

He added that prayers and open crusades will also takes place on the 16th and 18th of November 2023 for the students and the community as a whole and Prophet Hezekiah Oladeji and Evangelist Dr Bola Are will be on ground to minister.

He listed others who have been invited to witness the four days events and activities to include the Obalufon Alayemore, the Alaaye of Efon Kingdom, Oba Emmanuel Adesanya Aladejare, Agunsoye II; Serving Commissioners and other Aides of the Governor of Ekiti State.
