The 1994/2000 Set of Christ’s School, Ado-Ekiti is set to hold its 25th Anniversary Celebration starting from Wednesday, 3rd to Friday, 5th December, 2025 and Saturday, 27th to Sunday 28th December, 2025.

The Christ School founded in 1933, remains one of Nigeria’s most distinguished secondary institutions, known for nurturing leaders in education, governance, business, science, and the arts.
The 1994/2000 set fondly referred to as the “Millennium Set” continues this legacy by contributing meaningfully to national development and the welfare of the school community.
The 25th anniversary celebration will feature a series of events including, a courtesy visit to some notable media stations in Ekiti State, on Thursday, 4th December, 2025; while on Friday, 5th December, 2025, there will be a Symposium to be delivered by the Chief Executive Officer, Adolescent Friendly Research Initiative and Care (ADOLFRIC), Prof. Babatunde Olofinbiyi and scholarship awards to deserving students who distinguished themselves following a superlative performance in their academics in the school.
Other activities include a dinner and award presentation to past principals including a former commissioner for Education in Ekiti State, Hon. Kehinde Ojo, former Vice Principal, Mrs. C.M. Fagbeiro and some former teachers of the school, including the former Year Tutor of the Set, Mrs. F.A.Owoeye, a former Geography Teacher, Pastor (Dr) J.K. Alebiosu among others, which will take place at Dexambral Hotel on Saturday 27th December, 2025; while on Sunday, 28th December, 2025, there will also be a Thanksgiving Service at the Emmanuel Church Cathedral, Okesa, Ado-Ekiti .
A statement released to journalists in Ado-Ekiti by the Chairman of the 25th Anniversary Planning Committee, Mr. Fatai Tiamiyu, noted that the event is “a time to give back, reconnect, and reflect on how far we have come since our formative years at Christ’s School, Ado-Ekiti.”
The celebration will bring together members of the 1994/2000 set from across Nigeria and abroad, as well as school authorities, government officials, and notable old students under the Christ’s School Alumni Association, notably Hon. Bimbo Daramola, Barr. Ade Ogunmiloyo among others.

The 25th anniversary is not only a celebration of time but also a reaffirmation of the enduring values of Faith, Knowledge, and Service—the very principles on which Christ’s School, Ado-Ekiti stands.
