Ekiti: Youth Commissioner Interacts With Journalists, Seeks Support

The Ekiti State Commissioner for Youth Development, Honourable Gold Adesola Adedayo has interacted with journalists in Ekiti State and seek their support for his success in the State Ministry of Youth Development.

Adesola Adedayo seek the support while playing host to journalists in his office at the Ministry of Youth Development located at the State Secretariat in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State Capital On Monday.

During the meeting, the Commissioner for Youth Development, Honourable Gold Adesola Adedayo clearly emphasised that his appointment was majorly for the development of the Youths in Ekiti State.

He used the opportunity to pledge that he will put in his best and make sure that the Youths benefits from the current government through the introduction of skill acquisitions and many other programmes and initiatives of the Ministry.

“My appointment is only for the Youths. The governor of Ekiti State is more than ever ready to take care of the interests of over 70% of youths in the State”.

Also, he disclosed to journalists that he has made presentations of the lists of projects that will be beneficiary to the youths to the Governor with a view to solving youth related problems in the State.

The Honourable Commissioner equally pledged his readiness and willingness to reach out to the youths in Ekiti State to hear their views on the way forward solving the miralds of problems confronting them.

He however pleaded with journalists in the State not to relent in adequately reporting the programmes and activities of the Ministry.

Adding, he assured that he is ready for the tasks placed before him by the governor to turn things around positively in the Ministry.
