Erelu Tosin Aluko-Ajisafe Celebrates Christmas With Staff

The Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources in Ekiti State, Erelu Tosin Aluko Ajisafe, today celebrated the the end of the year with the staff of her Ministry. 

While appreciating the staff during the marking of the end of the year 2023, Erelu Tosin thanked the staff for their commitment to work and cooperation with the management which has been key to the progress that the Ministry has recorded so far. 

Erelu Tosin in her statement said, “you as staff of the Ministry are wonderful. You have made my job easy since my appointment and resumption into office here. I really enjoyed your commitment towards making Ekiti a clean, hygienic and epidemic free State. I charge you all to do more next year.

However, she could not but appreciate the Governor of Ekiti State, His Excellency, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for appointing her as commissioner in charge of such an important Ministry. 

The Honourable Commissioner further stated that she will never take the opportunity for granted. I believe we have been doing and will continue to do our part in ensuring that the 6 points agenda of Mr Governor in keeping Ekiti working for shared prosperity is achieved”.

The Permanent Secretary, Mr Babatunde Alokan, while addressing the staff, also saluted their sincerity and diligence in discharging their duties in order to achieve the vision of the Ministry. 

He further highlighted the fact that the Ministry is lucky to have Erelu Tosin Aluko-Ajisafe as Commissioner owing to her proactiveness in discharging her duties as commissioner.

Responding on behalf of the staff, an officer in the Department of Administration, Mrs Iyabo Olatunji appreciated the Commissioner for the gifts bought for all staff. She also described the Commissioner as a caring woman who has the love of the staff at heart. 

The staff joyfully sang different songs to appreciate the Commissioner and eulogised her. 

Prayers were also said to thank God for the successful completion of the year 2023.
