The renowned General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A Adeboye has released  prophecies for the new year as his custom. 

While speaking during the crossover service of RCCG at the redemption city, the highly revered man of God said he was tempted not to release any prophecy this year because lots of people who call themselves have been releasing a lot of prophecies. “I think we should let the Prophets do the prophesying and since I am a Pastor, I am tempted not to say anything”, he said sarcastically. 

Speaking further, he said, “another reason why I didn’t want to say anything before was because I believe a true Prophet will always tell you what God says and many times what God says is not what we want to hear”, Pastor Adeboye declared. 

However, the revered preacher said I will give you a little of what my daddy told me starting with our nation Nigeria.

Firstly, “I want you to know that the wind is blowing. So include in your prayers that the wind should blow in your favour. As far as Nigeria is concerned, things will get worse before it gets better he averred”. 

Furthermore, he mentioned in his prophecy about Nigeria “that some serious secret will come to the open as a result of the wind that has began to blow”. 

On individuals, Daddy G.O as he is popularly called said for individuals that “there are some people who started the year as nothing but will become significant before the year comes to an end.

He also mentioned that there will be many opportunities this year so people must be ready to grab this opportunities as it comes their way. 

Pastor Adeboye rounded of his prophecy for the year on the international scene declaring that there will be divine interventions in places where things are hot. He also revealed that there will be a medical breakthrough in area of incurable sicknesses such as diabetes, cancer, asthma, hypertension and so on. 

As usual, Pastor Adeboye says there are prophecy for the church but he doesn’t want to share them openly that he will pass it to the Pastor’s and the Pastor’s will pass it to their members.

Finally, he led the church to pray and counsel them not to be afraid for things will surely get better very soon.

“Get ready to grab many opportunities this year.”
