Abiodun Takes Ogun East Senate Bid to APC Headquarters, Promises Greater Development

Governor Dapo Abiodun has formally submitted his nomination form at the National Headquarters of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Abuja as the consensus candidate for Ogun East Senatorial District ahead of the forthcoming elections.

Speaking during the submission ceremony, the Ogun State Governor described the exercise as a reflection of his continued commitment to the people of Ogun East Senatorial District, noting that the area is known for its rich cultural heritage, enterprise, and development potential.

Governor Abiodun appreciated party leaders, stakeholders, and residents across the Ijebu and Remo divisions for their support and confidence in his leadership over the years.

He assured them of his determination to provide purposeful and effective representation.

The governor also pledged to sustain ongoing developmental efforts across the district, with emphasis on improved infrastructure, economic growth, youth empowerment, and expanded opportunities for the people.

The submission of the nomination form is seen as a major step in the build-up to the elections, as Governor Abiodun seeks to his record of public service from the state level to the National Assembly.
