Boluwatife Fayose Thanks Oyebanji, Olatunbosun, Ekiti APC Leadership After Assembly Win

Hon. Chukwuemeka Boluwatife Fayose, newly elected to represent Irepodun/Ifelodun State Constituency 1 in the Ekiti State House of Assembly, has thanked key leaders and party stakeholders for their role in his electoral victory.

In a statement personally signed and released after the polls, Boluwatife Fayose expressed appreciation to three major supporters of his campaign, firstly to Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for providing leadership and creating a stable political environment that enabled a credible election.

Second on the list is Rt. Hon. Taiwo Olatunbosun, the Commissioner for Information in Ekiti State who played the gate keeper role for Irepodun/Ifelodun local government area, driving strategic communication and mobilization efforts throughout the campaign.

The third in the list is the Ekiti State APC, led by the State Chairman, Barrister Sola Elesin for organizing the party well and backing his candidacy and coordinating grassroots mobilization across Irepodun/Ifelodun.

Fayose noted that the combined support of the governor’s leadership, the party structure, and the critical roles played Rt Honourable Olatunbosun cannot be wished away.

He pledged to work closely with the APC party leadership in the State to ensure the re-election of Governor Oyebanji’s second term in office.

Supporters and campaign materials have described Fayose as a “young, energetic, vibrant and accessible” lawmaker, positioning his win as part of a generational shift in the constituency’s representation.
