Adenipekun in his response during interview said, “With Chief Afe Babalola, SAN as my Associate, we will continue to support Adeyemi Federal University of Education as a University. As a member of the Afe Babalola University’s Governing Council, I will use that to leverage on my engagement with the University to make sure we attract investment and also develop this university to the level that it will be reckoned with anywhere in the world.

In his specific message, Mr Adebayo Adenipekun, SAN, revealed that the Institution has come a long way to get to the current stage as a University. In his words, he said, “we have struggled to attain a University status. My expectation is that we should ensure we make this place a great centre of learning, so that it will be reckoned with and be able to compete with Universities all over the world.

Advising the University Management, Adenipekun emphasized the need for them to ensure they put the interest of the University first, above any selfish ambition. They should work closely with the Council to make sure that the University maintains her excellence.
