Beneficiaries received cash gifts, scholarships, motorcycle helmets, reflective jackets, clippers, barbing aprons, farming equipment, and other tools for barbing. Minister of Youth, Olawande Wisdom, represented by Hon. Gold Adesola Adedayo, urged beneficiaries to use the resources to foster self-reliance.

Oluseun Adeboyejo, convener of the foundation, stressed that the initiative aimed to alleviate hardship and support Governor Oyebanji’s administration. He emphasized that while the government is doing its best, citizens’ support is crucial for societal growth and easing hardship. Adeboyejo pledged the foundation’s support for Oyebanji’s re-election bid, citing the governor’s commitment to reducing unemployment.

Mrs. Evelyn Adeboyejo added that the empowerment initiative would help reduce unemployment and combat crimes linked to joblessness. Notable figures attending the event included Hon. Segun Dipe, APC Public Relations Officer, ward leaders, traditional chiefs, market leaders, youth groups, and student leaders.

The Minister of Youth called on well-meaning Nigerians to emulate the philanthropic efforts of the Adeboyejo Foundation, emphasizing the importance of collective support for Governor Oyebanji’s initiatives.
