ADAM Launches Daily Leadership Gym – ADALG

The Apostle David-Adesua Ministry, ADAM, has announced the launch of its daily leadership development initiative, the Apostle David-Adesua Leadership Gym, ADALG.

The announcement was contained in a statement personally signed by the founder, Apostle David-Adesua, and made available to Treasure Newspaper in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, on Sunday.

Apostle David-Adesua described ADALG as more than a seminar, but a gym for leadership training.

“In a gym, we don’t just talk – we train. Consistently, intentionally, and daily,” he said.

According to him, ADALG is a daily leadership development platform designed to raise men and women equipped to serve Nigeria with character, competence and courage in the home, church, community, business and governance.

He disclosed that effective August 1, 2026, subscribers will receive one brief, practical lesson daily on Leadership, Governance, Communication and Service. Each lesson, he said, is simple, actionable and designed to be read in under two minutes, but with principles that last a lifetime.

The motto of the initiative is “Building Leaders, One Day at a Time.”

In his message, the founder noted: “Leadership is not about sitting on a throne. It is about bending down to lift others up. If you want to lead a nation, first serve your street.”

Apostle David-Adesua is a graduate of Lagos State University where he obtained a BSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, and holds a Master’s degree in Policy Analysis from the University of Abuja. He is also a Certified Conflict and Peace Resolution Manager and serves as President, MD/CEO of ADAM and CODED SUITES LTD, among other companies.

He added that ADALG is open to all who are tired of excuses and ready for discipline and growth, stressing that “laziness will not survive here.”
