An Igede Ekiti born Politician and a stalwart of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Igede Ekiti, in the Irepodun Ifelodun local government area of Ekiti State, Prince Wale Aladeoba has endorsed Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for a second term in office.
Prince Aladeoba, also an Abuja based businessman as well as the Chairman of Ekiti in Diaspora for the Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, Abuja Chapter, made his decision known while speaking with the Treasure Newspaper in Ado Ekiti on Monday at the Obafemi Awolowo Civic and Convention Centre, venue of the 2023 Ekiti State Christmas Carol and Lessons.
According to Prince Wale Aladeoba, he said, “as a politician from Igede Ekiti, in Irepodun Ifelodun local government area of Ekiti State, I have considered it necessary to lend my voice to several others who has been approving the go ahead for the incumbent Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji to run for a second term in office.
Speaking further, he added, “despite the fact that I am not always on ground in Ekiti State, we have a unified WhatsApp platforms where I see all that the government of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has been doing and performing wonderfully well in the last one year.

He commended the Governor for doing well in the area of stomach infrastructures, by ensuring that nobody goes to bed hungry in the State, most especially, the categories of people like the pensioners, the salary earners and others.
He however berated the activities of people who have always being impatient with the efforts of the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, in moving the State forward, particularly, in the areas of providing adequate roads, bridges which would in the long run, help to reduce traffic congestions, and extending the dividends of democracy to the entire people of the State.
Meanwhile, reacting to the recent event organized by a group known as the Southwest Support Groups under the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State Capital, where some persons criticized the incumbent Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji of only patching the roads in the State, Prince Wale Aladeoba urged the people of Ekiti State to disregard such statements, and instead view such people as the enemies of the current government in the State.
He went on to label the sponsors of the event, as those still aggrieved despite completely loosing out in all the cases they instituted against the incumbent Governor of the State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji from the High Court to the Supreme Court of the Country.
Aladeoba also scolded the Chief Host of the event, for failing to put the past behind him just like the other Governorship Aspirants under the APC, and the Governorship Candidates under the other political parties in Ekiti State have done, but nursing griefs despite all the efforts of Governor Oyebanji to ensure he unites all the stakeholders in the State.
